Forest Bronzan is an entrepreneur, investor, and speaker, and co-founder / CEO of Jetset.

For 20+ years, Forest has powered revenue growth, retention, and CX for brands like Bombas, Grubhub, Casper, BarkBox, MVMT, Walmart, Disney, FICO, and more. That journey started with founding Email Aptitude, a CRM/Loyalty agency he grew from a bootstrapped startup to an 8-figure ARR business, before its acquisition by Tinuiti.

 

At Email Aptitude, Forest led the team to numerous awards, including:

• Inc. 5000 (#1 Fastest-Growing CRM/Loyalty Agency in the U.S.);

• The Bay Area Fast 100 (#22 Fastest-Growing Private Companies in the SF Bay Area);

• Inc. Magazine Best Places to Work; and

• AdAge Best Places to Work (#17 in the U.S. and #2 in California).

 

Under his leadership, the company grew to 100+ FTEs. And at Tinuiti, he helped lead a hyper-growth period as they scaled from 300 to 1,000 FTE in 18 months.

 

For fun, Forest co-hosts the High Stakes Growth podcast, travels extensively, and volunteers in his community. Born and raised in California, he now lives in Lake Oswego, Oregon with his wife and two children.
